About the role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Site Administration Assistant to join our leading mining client in the Bowen Basin.
Key responsibilities
Provide admin support to the Maintenance team
Absolute commitment to working safely and complying with all site safety standards.
Ensures a safe and environmentally healthy workplace.
Maintains high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, and housekeeping.
Adheres to mine working procedures and compliance requirements.
Provide General Administration Support
Preparing and analyzing various weekly reports for distribution
Management of generic admin email account
Various Data Entry requirements
Document and Records Handling and Management, including archiving
Stationery and Uniform Orders
Scanning, Photocopying and Printing
Mail Distribution
Reception duties including customer service
Maintenance of Department Registers
Adhoc Project work
Skills and Experience
Minimum 6 months mine experience
Current Standard 11 Induction
Current Coal Board Medical - conducted within 2 years
Current Driver's Licence
A willingness to work rotating rosters
Ability to contribute and work positively in a team environment
