Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information professionally and courteously.
- Manage customer complaints and concerns empathetically, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation of products.
- Update customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and process service requests efficiently.
- Proactively contact customers to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and identify upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a Customer service role, preferably in the HVAC or air conditioning industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and customer-oriented demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, Customer service software, and MS Office applications.
