Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a Customer service role, preferably in the HVAC or air conditioning industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and customer-oriented demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, Customer service software, and MS Office applications.
