E-Core is the leading fire door core supplier to the Australian market. With a commitment to ongoing research and development in the testing of fire-resistant door systems, we have a comprehensive range of independently tested systems and approved products. Our ethos of continued research and development will ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry into the future.
Join us in our Banyo office for a part-time administrative role! You'll be the key player in ensuring products flow seamlessly from manufacturer to customer. We need a highly organized individual like you to handle administrative tasks and collaborate with Customers, Technical team, Suppliers, Logistics, and Warehouse teams for an efficient supply chain.
- Process customer orders and communicate delivery status.
- Place orders with suppliers for stock and direct shipments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, warehouse, and sales for timely order fulfillment.
- Set up new customer and supplier systems.
- Provide admin support to the Technical team.
- Handle quoting, invoicing, and ordering for client tests.
- Perform other duties assigned by the team.
YOUR SKILLS
With a background in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain Support, you bring strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain Support.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing Customer concerns.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP system preferred but not essential.
