Due to considerable growth we are seeking a full-time Customer Service & Administration representative for our busy Melbourne Markets (Epping) warehouse:
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Fast and accurate data entry of orders
- Invoicing and dispatching
- Liaising with customers
- Organising driver runs
- Advising of product availability
- General administrative duties and office support
This position is a permanent full-time (38 hours) position, with hours to be agreed with the successful candidate but based on:
- Monday - Friday, shifts will span between a 2:30am start and 3pm finish
- Set and reliable roster
- Saturday shifts, 3am - 8am on rotation with other team members - weekend hours attract applicable overtime penalties
The selected candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, hold a keen eye for detail and have a positive and proactive approach to work. Previous use of the ‘Fresh’ system is highly regarded, however full training will be provided.
The Customer Service & Administration Officer will form part of a close-knit team and will be willing and able to adapt hours to suit in busy period and times of holiday coverage. An early morning start means and early finish!
