Customer Service/ Administration Assistant - Muswellbrook

An exciting opportunity for an administration professional with strong customer service skills to join our busy Administration team. This position will be a part-time position Monday-Friday and will be located at our Muswellbrook depot.

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Customer service
• Data entry across multiple platforms
• Answer phone inquiries
• Monitor and respond to emailed correspondence
• Investigate and resolve queries
• General administration duties
• Leave Coverage

• Administration experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
• Accurate data entry skills
• Good time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
• The ability to prioritize workload and multitask as required
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
• The ability to learn new programs and work across multiple computer databases
