The Customer Service & Resolution assistant reports directly to our Community Manager and is pivotal in maintaining our key customer value proposition as ‘Your Friend in Fashion’. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are given informed, impeccable and prompt responses when they reach out to us on our social platforms, phone or email.
Duties will include:
- Take responsibility and accountability for day to day customer happiness on the following channels: Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Instagram. Phone
- Provide customer support via Phone, Email and Social Platforms
- Respond promptly to customers general enquiries
- Resolve all customer disputes on all platforms
- Communicate and escalate delivery concerns with courier services
- Managing customer returns and ensuring they are processed in timely manner
- Manage our retail showroom

- Assisting small team in any other tasks required
To be successful in this role:
- 1 - 2 years office CUSTOMER SERVICE experience in a fashion environment
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Fast typing skills
- An interest in fashion and styling
- Bubbly and personable
- Ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- Ability to multitask from a variety of communication channels
- Solutions focussed with positive disposition
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and develop from senior team members and grow with business
