Our business is experiencing growth, and we are on the hunt for our next Customer Service / Administrative team member superstar.
The role is Full-Time Monday to Friday 7.30 - 4.30pm and based in our head office in Ormeau, with 2 week Christmas shutdown.
Overview Of Role
- Answering of High-Volume Calls
- Scheduling of Quotes for our consultants - Liaising with the homeowner, Real Estates & Tenants.
- Data entry of quotes and sending to our account & COD clients
- Scheduling of Jobs for our technicians for works to be carried out.
- Assisting customers with inquiries over the phone and via email.
- CRM Management - Data Entry
- Invoicing of Jobs
- Processing of payments from clients
- Accounts Receivable / Payable
- General Customer Service
- General Office / Admin Duties
What we're looking for
- Able to work autonomously and in a small team environment.
- Must have experience working with CRM systems – preferable using SIMPRO.
- Experience in handling high volume calls
- Must have prior Admin experience gained from an office environment.
- Able to deal with a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Adaptability to change in the workplace.
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate professionalism.
