The Role
Based in North Brisbane, as an Account Manager in our Residential team, you will be responsible for reporting to the Residential Sales Manager. Your primary objective will be to enhance the profitability of your assigned territory by cultivating and nurturing both new and existing partnerships. By driving the expansion of key customers and identifying new business opportunities, you will contribute to the overall growth and profitability of PPG across Brisbane and its surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Enhancing and refining the customer service offerings to align with our brand strategies
- Leading, managing, and expanding a selection of crucial trade accounts
- Working together with trade applicators, retailers, and home builders
- Meeting sales, growth, and profit objectives
- Providing top-notch customer relationship management to enhance service quality and customer loyalty.
- Prior experience in managing accounts, specifically in the building materials market, is preferred.
- You thrive when working independently and managing your own schedule, but you are also willing to collaborate with your team to ensure the best results for our customers and PPG.
- Your exceptional communication skills allow you to effortlessly build trust and create a comfortable environment with your friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Your interactions are characterized by openness, honesty, and authenticity.
- You have a successful track record in establishing new relationships or accounts and expanding existing business.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
