Position Overview:
The Customer Service Administration Specialist role at E-max is designed to ensure the efficient functioning of our administration and sales processes, and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales and production team, as well as being the first contact point for email and phone enquiries. The primary purpose is to contribute to the smooth operation of administration and sales activities while fostering strong relationships with our customer base through effective administrative and customer support tasks.
Tasks and Requirements:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide detailed information on products and services offered by E-max.
- Efficiently process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist customers by resolving issues and answering questions related to orders, deliveries, and services.
- Route calls and emails to the appropriate internal departments or staff.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to customer orders and service requests.
- Support the E-max team with general administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About You:
As a dedicated team player, you shine in dynamic, collaborative settings, always putting the customer first. Ideally you bring 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a bustling, product-focused, and customer-oriented environment, preferably within a B2B Environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable items.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to changing priorities and business needs.
