Futureproof Building Services are a Perth based building services company that provide solutions to a large range of clients both across the metro, and WA regional areas. Predominately in commercial roof plumbing and maintenance.
We are seeking to hire two administrator assistants for our busy office located conveniently in Belmont and close to public transport. Office hours are Monday to Friday.
1 x Full time (5 x days – 38h week)
1 x Part time (3 x days per week) Flexible hours may be available for this role.
General duties will include but are not limited to;
- General reception
- Providing support to trades in the field
- Scheduling and processing of day to day jobs including invoicing
- Client updates and liaison
- All round office duties as directed
Successful applicant will be motivated in their work, have a strong background in customer service and be eager to learn. The ability and confidence to have a go at most things and take direction is a must. During busy periods you may be required to wear many hats! Experience in the commercial building or maintenance sector is preferred but not essential and training will be provided.
