The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service superstar to be the friendly and welcoming face of the repair facility. Some of the traits we are looking for are:
- Provide top-tier Customer Service via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure precise and swift data entry, along with diligent maintenance of our database; familiarity with iBody is a plus.
- Proficiently handle complaints and challenging customers both in-person and over the phone.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and initiative.
- Effectively juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in the insurance and/or automotive sectors, as well as exposure to claims management databases.
Qualifications:
- Prior Customer Service background.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols.
- Self-driven with a capacity for efficient task completion.
