Customer Service Administrator

Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of cleaning products ranging from in-home use and vehicles. They have been serving their customers for over 25 years and have built a strong reputation on the Gold Coast for providing a high level of Customer Service. They are looking to recruit a passionate Customer Service Administrator to join their team!

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional Customer Service.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer purchase orders and providing accurate lead times
• Delivering top-notch Customer Service via phone, email, and in-person
• Following up on overdue orders for collection and delivery updates
• Creating and processing invoices

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Customer Service and administration 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to process improvement
• Experience using Fishbowl software - desired
• Self-driven and can work autonomously
