Our Hays Townsville office is seeking a full-time permanent Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role commences immediately.

Your new role

• Provide administrative support to our internal stakeholders using a centralised ticketing system
  
• Conduct effective candidate aftercare calls
  
• Collect references via telephone
  
• Collect and follow up on compliance documentation from candidates
  
• Assist with keeping the office environment clean and tidy including the kitchen
  

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience working in a high-volume Customer Service role e.g. retail or hospitality Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident and friendly phone manner
