Our Hays Townsville office is seeking a full-time permanent Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role commences immediately.
Your new role
- Provide administrative support to our internal stakeholders using a centralised ticketing system
- Conduct effective candidate aftercare calls
- Collect references via telephone
- Collect and follow up on compliance documentation from candidates
- Assist with keeping the office environment clean and tidy including the kitchen
