The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our Pre-Site Administration team in this 12-monthfixed term position.
Building effective relationships, your primary focus is to provide timely and accurate support to our clients during the pre build stage of their home. This includes email, phone and face to face communication with a diverse range of clients. You will also:
- Prepare Contract documentation
- Create and issue variations
- Liaise with financiers regarding approval and documentation
- Liase with multiple internal departments to co-ordinate the clients' job file and reach set milestones
The Person
- Excellent attention to detail
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Customer Service role
- Proficient skills in Microsoft programs
- Understanding of the construction process (highly desirable)
- Experience with Customer Database Software (highly desirable)
