We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual to join our dynamic team in the role of Customer Service Administrator & Office All-Rounder. This multifaceted position offers an exciting blend of responsibilities encompassing administration, Customer Service, accounts, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service across various communication channels including handling incoming phone calls, addressing and responding emails, quoting customers, processing bookings, and dealing with any customer enquiry.
- Collaborate closely with our valued clientele, supporting them with sales inquiries and administrative tasks.
- Processing orders and procurement processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Execute fundamental accounting duties such as filing and statement preparation.
- Undertake additional ad hoc office tasks as required to support overall business functions. An opportunity exists for an Office Admin & Customer Service person to join our hardworking team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.
- Other Administration and Business duties as required.

Selection Criteria:
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Valid Visa and the right to work in Australia.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in MS Office (Word, and Excel).
Works well independently and within a team.
Experience in Administration is not required but highly valued.
Reliably commute is required, we offer free onsite car parks.
