Key Responsibilities:
- Log and respond to customer complaints & queries via email and phone within the expected timeframe
- Provide general assistance to clients and customers via email and phone.
- Process cancellations or requests for refunds as requested by customer or client.
- Evaluate and assist with weekly payment discrepancies
- Assist in the administrative process needed to log, send out, follow up and close off CSF’s
- Log all incoming queries and calls
- Assess and log field feedback and escalating as required for further action.
- Identify trends in Customer Service issues and reporting these to the CS Manager
- Generate reports as required for clients, management, and other stakeholders.
- Other ad hoc office administration & filing duties to provide support to team members as required to ensure the overall success of the company.
- Any other duties as reasonably required by the Company that you are skilled and capable of performing.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Required:
- Previous administrative and organisational duties in a fast-paced environment and/or previous Customer Service experience and client-facing duties, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and Outlook email
- High level of data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to co-ordinate several tasks simultaneously, and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive approach and ability to display initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A professional and friendly demeanour.
- A conscientious attitude with a desire to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently as required.
