As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the logistics department. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, processing paperwork, coordinating with internal contacts and contractors, and processing order inquiries.
*THIS IS A FULL TIME PERMAENT ROLE 8:00AM – 4:00PM MONDAY – FRIDAY*
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Liasing via email and phone with internal customers
- Assessing quotes and processing order inquiries
- Monitoring incoming emails and quote requests
- Other general administration activities
Required Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
