A permanent full-time role has become available with a highly professional and well-established accounting firm located in the Ipswich region.
We are seeking a pro-active Customer Service Administrator with strong time management skills and client service focus to provide administrative support to a team of four accounting professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors and responding to telephone enquiries via SMS/email, directing calls and taking messages
- Diary management and scheduling
- Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing forms / correspondence and proofreading documents
- Electronic records management (including indexing documents into document retrieval system)
- Tracking client records and liaising with clients and regarding information
- Providing general administrative support including filing and managing stationery
To be considered, you should demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional levels of Customer Service, together with:
- Previous experience in an aligned role (administration experience within a professional environment such as an accounting or legal firm preferred but not essential).
- Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work with a sense of urgency in a high volume, deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Accurate keyboarding skills (minimum 45 wpm).
- High level of attention to detail and memory recall.
- Confidence and competence learning and using a range of technology and computer systems (including MS Word and Excel).
This is a full-time permanent role working from 8:30am to 5:00pm (Mon to Fri). This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly professional team within this well established, reputable business.
