ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join a supportive, values-based team who are passionate about providing support to its customers. In this fast-paced call centre role, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls, accurately noting communications and providing a positive experience for customers. This is a 3-month temporary role starting immediately with potential to extend. This is a great opportunity to secure immediate employment and hit the ground running!
  
DUTIES
  • Respond to incoming customer enquiries, demonstrating a high level of attentiveness and care
  • Identify and record key issues and information in the system
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service by actively listening to customers and passing on their queries to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Manage customer expectations by providing clear and transparent information
  • Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in inputting data into the management system

SKILLS & EXPERIENCETo be successful in this role you will have prior experience working in a contact centre environment providing exceptional service to customers. You will have excellent communication skills, ability to have meaningful conversations with customers and a high level of accuracy with data entry and note taking. You will be experienced in using a range of software and able to pick up new systems quickly.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify potential risks and escalate to the relevant department
  • Ability to pick up new software and systems
