Address- Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair journey and assist with customer mobility needs.
- Answer internal and external customer enquiries (e.g., Email, face to face, phone)
- Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Building & maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues)
- Fill in onsite when staff are absent or on leave where other stuff cannot cover the gaps.
- Strong Customer Service and sales skills
- Strong technology skills (Computer, imaging and office applications)
- Problem solving skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment & a team environment
- Ability to travel between Motorserve sites as required
