About the role

You will be responsible for maintaining a great level of Customer Service by handling customer queries, complaints, and compliments via our Customer First Program.
About you
You will embody a high level of motivation, coupled with exceptional Customer Service and communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisation, adept time management and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a similar Customer Service based role
- Proficiency in multitasking and maintaining focus under high-pressure circumstances
- Able to manage customer queries and complaints
- Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A ‘can do’ attitude with the willingness to learn
