About the role
Seeking a full-time (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm) Customer Service Team Member to help assist with the growing demand of customer orders and enquiries. The role is predominantly office based and involves the following:
- Handling customer orders and enquiries.
- Ordering stock from suppliers to fulfil customer orders.
- Communicating and planning where staff need to be to receive or deliver stock.
- Receiving stock from suppliers and delivering orders to customers.
- Completing administrative tasks.
Our office is located in Menangle NSW.
Paid weekly.
Qualifications & experience
- Drivers Licence with an exceptional driving record (Essential).
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensuring every customer receives a professional experience, every time.
- Handling incoming calls and respond to enquiries.
- Entering / invoicing of sales and purchase orders.
- Utilising digital business processes on a laptop or iPad.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and the RLS team.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Performing rolling and full stock takes.
- Safely delivering goods with the use of a commercial van across Sydney.
- Physically carrying and delivering orders with an average weight of 20kg.
- General administrative duties.
