Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient Customer Service operations and overseeing administrative tasks critical to the company's success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, onsite staff, and clients, delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires availability five days a week, including on-call after-hours commitments as required.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited too):
- Answer all incoming telephone calls within specified times and provide attentive service to both external and internal stakeholders.
- Liaising with key stakeholders regarding operational performance including but not limited to Management, Customer Services, Drivers, Customers.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers and staff through email, telephone, and occasional face to face interactions.
- Understand and comply with the organisation and relevant legislated policies and procedures.
- contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas to develop team culture and customer process
Role Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service Role (Transport knowledge advantage).
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills in particular MS Office
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance

Please note this role will require the flexibility to work a rotating roster, covering operational hours of 0500-2100, 7 days a week.
