About the Role
In the role of Customer Service Agent, your main duties include handling inbound and some outbound calls from online shoppers, updating customer accounts, tracking delivers, general inquiries and coordinating order deliveries with stores and drivers. You'll also respond to store and customer emails, process B2B requests, and escalate critical issues when necessary. Ensuring compliance with quality assurance guidelines is crucial, and promoting a safe, sustainable workplace and participating in ongoing training and development are key components of this role.
Key Details
- Multiple Part Time and Casual
- Commences 19th February 2024
- Shifts vary Monday to Friday from 6am to 1am and Saturday & Sunday from 7am to 10pm (rotating schedule over 5 days; full availability required)
- Hybrid working model post-KPI achievement (4 days in office at 485 La Trobe St, Melb VIC, 1 day remote)
- Onsite training for a minimum of 3 weeks, with the first 3 weeks being full-time
