We have an outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced and dynamic Agency Recruitment Manager to drive our successful Victorian business to new heights. Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Workforce, as the Recruitment Manager, you will oversee a dedicated workforce team, ensuring the efficient delivery of staff resources and fulfilling all contractual and operational staffing requirements. This senior role is pivotal in managing the provision of temporary nursing and care staff to both public and private healthcare and disability service providers. The role is essential for achieving our business’s revenue and growth targets, in line with our strategic plan.
- Must have Agency/labour hire experience! Healthcare not essential!
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a cohesive and motivated workforce team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and strategic plan.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation and deployment of nursing and care staff, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet client needs and contractual obligations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including public and private healthcare providers, to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and organisational policies, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators, using insights to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Revenue and Growth: Work closely with the Executive General Manager - Workforce to achieve financial targets, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong management experience in the Healthcare and/or Disability sector
- Market knowledge of clients and candidates
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong documentation/reporting skills
- Ability to work and adapt to a changing market

- Well presented and highly organised
- Well developed IT skills.
