Personalised Plates Queensland is responsible for the marketing and Sales of personalised number plates throughout the state and prides itself on elevating the voice of the customer.
This is an outstanding opportunity for the right person. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities would include:
- Responding to and resolving customers' enquiries
- Outbound Sales
- Facilitate sales as a result of Inbound Calls
- Perform clerical support and fulfill office administration duties
- Achievement of Call Centre sales/service KPI’s and metrics
- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of customer records and adhere to The Department of Transport and Main Roads policies relating to sensitive information
- Effective handling of complaints
- Adherence to Call Centre hours of operation and scheduling of 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of PPQ’s products, procedures, processes, responsibilities, and relevant promotions that affect Call Centre operations
To be successful in the role, you will have the following experience:
- A keen interest in learning complex product models
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High level of interpersonal relationship skills
- Experience with data entry
- Intermediate level of computer literacy – Word, Excel, MS Office and email
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to pass National Criminal History Check
- Customer focused positive attitude
