Managing customer enquiries and requests Accurate and detailed data entry into our Work Management System Managing competing priorities to ensure KPI’s are achieved Escalating any conflicts or difficult situations Perform administrative tasks About You Must be able to work afternoons, shifts rotating between Monday to Sunday Customer Service or Call Centre Experience Negotiation and problem-solving skills Demonstrated experience in managing customer complaints/complex enquiries Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word About UsOur Downer Facilities & Asset Services business provides end-to-end facilities management and asset lifecycle support services for Australia’s critical social and economic infrastructure.
