The opportunity:
Here at AIA we are proactively growing our Health Insurance product offering and leading the way in the industry. We have a range of newly created positions within our new Corporate and International Health divisions. Great opportunity to make your mark and a real difference to our members.
To do this successfully you will:
- Be an international/corporate champion within the business, providing support where required.
- Promote features and benefits of AIA products to generate further revenue opportunities with our partners.
- Support our business partners in arranging appropriate health cover for their corporate and/or international clients.
- Assist migration agents and corporate partners in onboarding new customers, and answer queries they may have on behalf of their clients/prospective clients.
Successful applications will demonstrate:
- Experience in the Health Insurance Industry either contact centre, claims or administration.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin
- Ability to switch between assisting our members, business partners, and providers swiftly on an as needs basis to provide the highest level of service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to problem solve and a solution focused approach
Our commitment to work-life balance is reflected in our hybrid work model, which offers flexibility through 2 days of remote work and 3 days of in-office collaboration . Allocated shift pattern between: 8:00am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday.
