Duties and responsibilities will include:
Ensure deadlines and service standards are met
Provide high level customer service to new and existing members
Process roll ins, roll outs and contributions
Data entry and general account maintenance
Assist other departments with any ad hoc admin tasks
We are looking for someone with:
Prior Superannuation industry experience preferable, however those with strong customer service/admin skills will also be considered
Excellent phone manner and great communication skills
Professional and friendly approach
Willingness to learn and a ‘can do’ attitude
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
