As Rightway Insurance Services continues its growth trajectory, we are currently seeking a full-time administrative Assistant to join our team.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Efficiently managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support the existing clientele and contribute to the company's growth.
- Collaborating with team members to streamline office operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Handling correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Maintaining accurate and organized filing systems for documents, records, and client information.
- Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a hospitable and professional atmosphere in the office.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
