Customer Service Consultant - Melbourne
ASKO AUSTRALIA is a market leader in the manufacture and distribution of high performance consumer white goods and we are offering an exciting opportunity for experienced Customer Service Consultants to join our rapidly expanding global brand! Due to our continued business growth, we are currently seeking outgoing and enthusiastic Customer Service Consultants to be a part of our dynamic and close knit Customer Service team reporting to the National Call Centre Manager at our Head Office in Moorabbin.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing a high level of courteous and efficient Customer Service to a range of customers at ASKO Appliances within our After Sales Team.
- Coordinating & allocation of Service repair jobs, Product Delivery & Returns related to Service and Outbound sales as required
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner,
- Coordinating & schedule service jobs, delivery and install jobs and re-allocations.
- Prompt resolution to customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Coordinating with Sales & Service Staff and Field service personnel for job completions.
- Process repair agent invoices and perform other administrative duties related to this customer support role.

Criteria for candidate,
- Call Centre experience is preferred
- Experience in Whitegoods would be a definite advantage
- Ability to work under sustained work pressure, handling high volumes of calls a day
- Be self-motivated, punctual, reliable, and show initiative
- Have intermediate computer skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends
- Able to manage your daily work program with limited supervision
- Be a team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a proven track record of providing excellent service to customers
