The Role :
As the Account Manager / Sales & Business Development Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Strategically drive the sales and business development function to support business growth.
- Methodical and hands-on approach to ensure substantial business generation and account retention.
- Develop and monitor strategic engagement plans to grow business with existing customers and to deliver new customers.
- Identifying, supporting and developing new customers and business partners.
- Responsible for setting and achieving sales targets and new business development KPI's.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise available revenues and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing customer products and managing customer expectations.
- Provide reporting and data analysis as required.
Skills and Experience
- A proven track record in the medical, pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Strong commercial acumen
