The Role :

As the Account Manager / Sales & Business Development Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategically drive the sales and business development function to support business growth.
• Methodical and hands-on approach to ensure substantial business generation and account retention.
• Develop and monitor strategic engagement plans to grow business with existing customers and to deliver new customers.
• Identifying, supporting and developing new customers and business partners.
• Responsible for setting and achieving sales targets and new business development KPI's.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise available revenues and customer satisfaction.
• Marketing customer products and managing customer expectations.
• Provide reporting and data analysis as required.

  
Skills and Experience

• A proven track record in the medical, pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion for winning and an excellent team player
• Advanced administrative and computer skills
