Our client is a well known Australian Brand with a global client base, they are a leader in their industry based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.
An immediate need has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Representative/Order Processor who can come on board in a temporary position for an initial commitment of 3 months to assist with keying orders and phone-based Customer Service regarding product availability and pricing.
The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Answering inbound and outbound calls
- Provide support to customers in a timely manner
- Process Customer Orders and/or After Sales Service Requests
- Responding to email inquiries and Live Chat
- Escalating cases
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities
The successful candidate will showcase:
- At least 1-2 years? experience in Customer Service
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Exposure to Retail phone Customer Service/order processing very desirable
- The ability to start immediately with no notice period
