We are currently looking for a Customer Service Consultant for this Not-for-Profit boutique insurance agency, handling inbound calls from customers regarding a range of insurance products. Focused on new business and retention of existing customers.
Based in the Brisbane City, after probation this is a hybrid working from home 2 days and office 3 days Monday to Friday office hours.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Quote & sell a range of insurance products to new & existing customers.
- Identify & target the cross-selling of other products.
- Retention of existing customers
- Handle general customer enquiries.
- Maintain & update all records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong Sales and/or Customer Service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to build a strong relationship with the client
