The City of Marion is in Adelaide's south-western suburbs, approximately 10 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD. Our exceptional Customer Service Team is the first point of contact for the many enquiries and requests that our 96,000 residents may have. With approximately 118,000 contacts a year, we are a busy customer focussed and solution orientated team.
We are looking to add further strength to our Customer Service Team with the addition of passionate Customer Service professionals that are focussed on building good relationships with our customers, offering unique and innovative solutions, and partnering with them to provide the best experience.
Reporting to the Unit Manager Customer Service, these positions assist a diverse group of customers with a wide array of needs and requests.
A day in life for these all-important Customer Service positions includes the following.
- Professionally responding to customer enquiries in our Contact Centre including creating cases and providing information.
- Managing administration tasks including live chat, social media platforms and online requests for information or services.
- Liaising and collaborating across the organisation to ensure effective partnerships which assist with the flow of information to ensure exemplary Customer Service outcomes.
- Working daily to consistently achieve the Customer Service Team Key Performance Indicators.
- Assisting to identify process improvement opportunities to improve the customer experience and daily operation of the Customer Service Team.
These positions require solid experience gained in a Customer Service environment and the application of quality Customer Services principles. It is expected applicants will have a high degree of verbal and written communication and well-developed IT skills. Prior experience with Salesforce and other corporate software applications will be highly regarded.
These positions have enviable part-time hours, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00 with flexibility available and a minimum shift length of three hours.
