About the Role
You will be responsible for communicating directly with customers, to help with any queries and resolve outstanding balances owed to the client. This includes inbound and outbound calls, customer service and processing credit card payments. The ability to navigate multiple systems at once is key in this role.

Operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm - No weekend work!
Location: Melbourne CBD
We are looking for candidates who:
Thrive in building a professional rapport over the phone
Love working in a fast-paced environment where you have set targets to achieve within set timeframes
Can undertake multiple tasks whilst actively listening to assist in resolving customers' needs
Demonstrate competent computer skills including system navigation
Be as passionate as we are about providing exceptional customer experiences
Previous experience in collections
