As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in helping their customers navigate technical issues with their products. Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of interactions (calls), providing top-notch support, and communicating effectively.
What the role will require from you:

• Provide high-quality support for a diverse range of products, addressing queries related to product performance and usage;
• Skilfully handle various questions from customers through different service channels, including phone, email, and web interactions;
• Efficiently use and keep the customers profile up-to-date to their CRM ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions;
• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, breaking down technical problems into understandable language;
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products' operations, specifications, and capabilities to offer informed assistance;
• Give valuable guidance to customers, advising them on the best product options and accessories to suit their individual needs.
