- Provide high quality Customer service to internal and external clients, over the phone and through email.
- Record customer orders and accurately input the details into the system.
- Communicate with customers regarding changes to delivery times due to transport system adjustments to routes.
- Liaise with Warehouse and Transport departments to process aditional orders.
- Compile daily driver delivery paperwork.
- Liaise with other departments, directing calls which cannot be resolved by the Customer service team.
- Ensure credits are processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain the customer data base.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear (written & oral) communication skills.
- Ability to develop and work within a team environment.
- Previous Customer service experience is highly desirable.
