Customer Service Operator

Role Responsibilities

• Provide high quality Customer service to internal and external clients, over the phone and through email.
• Record customer orders and accurately input the details into the system.
• Communicate with customers regarding changes to delivery times due to transport system adjustments to routes.
• Liaise with Warehouse and Transport departments to process aditional orders.
• Compile daily driver delivery paperwork.
• Liaise with other departments, directing calls which cannot be resolved by the Customer service team.
• Ensure credits are processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain the customer data base.

Role Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Attention to detail.
• Clear (written & oral) communication skills.
• Ability to develop and work within a team environment.
• Previous Customer service experience is highly desirable.
