We are looking for an Admin Assistant with SAP knowledge for this role

ESSENTIAL
- Drivers Licence
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience in stock management
- Experience with inventory management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide admin support
- Manage Stock
- Weekly customs returns
- Reconcile ship imports
- Maintain all HSE requirements , data entry and reporting
- Manage training of staff
- Contractor inductions
- Manage procedures and manuals
- Monthly KPI reporting
- Purchase orders and invoicing
