MyStyle Homes is a high-quality residential builder here in Cairns We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with a high level of attention to detail and experience in the construction industry.
Our team prides itself on the quality of its workmanship, delivery of our homes and focus on Customer Service in a fun environment.
Duties of the role included but are not limited to:
Administration of HIA contracts in accordance with corporate policies, council applications, providing administrative and clerical assistance to the team as required in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Serving customers both face to face and over the phone, process orders, respond to enquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information as the first point of contact.
Suitable applicants will possess:
- Customer Service – Understanding and respecting the needs of the customers. Our customers are our main focus so attending to them is of high importance to MyStyle Homes
- Contract Administration experience is highly regarded especially with HIA contracts and council applications.
- Values – Demonstrating honesty and integrity.
