A snapshot of your role…
Efficiently manage the day-to-day scheduling of a team of service technicians to client sites across Sydney Metro with speed and precision
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians to ensure deadlines are met and services are performed to completion and satisfaction
Provide ad hoc admin support to your wider team, covering for the Customer Service helpdesk when required
Update and maintain the company’s database and CRM systems, opening new service requests, creating quotations and closing jobs
Take initiative to seek client feedback, address and escalate stakeholder concerns, improve processes and team performance where possible
