About the Role
The Customer Service Coordinator leads and mentors the Customer Service team in providing high quality customer experiences to VenuesWest patrons and promotes excellence in Customer Service across the venues including HBF Stadium and HBF Arena. The role is responsible for coordinating staff rosters for daily operations and events, addresses customer enquiries and supports cross-selling of VenuesWest programs and services to the public.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
Mobility between HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont and HBF Arena in Joondalup is required, and may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

About the Person
The successful candidate will have experience in a senior Customer Service role, leading teams preferably in a sport and recreation setting. Experience operating a ticketing outlet and leisure management system will be highly regarded.
