We are currently looking for a Customer Service & HR Administrative (Sydney: Prestons NSW 2170) who will assist in executing the daily Branch Operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Audit and other Human Resources and Compliance tasks.
Main responsibilities:
As Customer Service/post Sales:
- Gives support to Administration Department in accounts reconciliation for both customers and suppliers.
- Querying/chasing payment from customers and maintenance of their credit accounts
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
As HR Administrative:
- In cooperation with HR Headquarters, advises the AUS/NZ team when necessary and providing the necessary tools to give an excellent service to the business.
- Brings support on-boarding projects, employee expenses checking, payroll and benefits, personnel queries, request of recruitment, training, off boarding, etc) assuring the HR processes, policies, and action plans, with the aim to assure an excellent employee experience.
As Accounting Assistant:
- Assistance in bookkeeping tasks and Bank reconciliation
- Raise invoices and credit notes.
- Liaising with accountant.
- Managing office budget and negotiating contracts with suppliers to keep expenditure under control.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Develop and maintain a e-filing system.
- Monitoring of supplier invoices.
