About the role
- Handle incoming customer sales inquiries by offering quotes, product/service details, support, and pricing information, emphasizing the advantages of the company's offerings
- Manage sales orders, arrange product/service delivery, and handle administrative tasks for completed sales
- Address, escalate, or resolve customer complaints regarding the company's products/services
- Assist with administrative tasks related to warranties, product returns, and sales documents
- Recognize potential sales opportunities and refer them to the sales team
- Conduct regular outbound calls to specific customers to boost sales figures
