For Chemist2U, customers are at the heart of everything we do. Many people who need prescriptions or pharmacy products find it really difficult to get to a chemist – they are unwell themselves or supporting someone sick or infirm. Chemist2U offers a brilliant new service – we organise home delivery of all their pharmacy needs, including picking up their script from their doctor if they need us too.
Our role is to make people’s lives easier when they need some extra support.
More about the Role:
We are looking for passionate Customer Service Specialists who are motivated by delivering an exceptional experience to customers who need our help. Working fully online, your empathy and efficiency will make a real impact. Working with your team, you will:
- manage inbound online requests (we use Hubspot),
- help the customer through our process,
- price up the request,
- organise delivery and
- follow up to ensure we delivered a great solution
It’s important to us to ensure you are comfortable and confident in every aspect of your role. You’ll be fully trained and well supported with supervisors always available to help, advise and troubleshoot.
This is a Part Time position and successful candidates would ideally have the flexibility to work on a rotating fortnightly roster Monday – Sunday, 9:00am – 9:00pm. Hourly rates will of course reflect all penalty rates and can offer the opportunity for significantly higher income. Whilst we prefer fully flexible, there will be the opportunity to nominate ‘preferred shifts’, which will be honoured wherever possible.

What would help you in this role:
- 3+ years experience in a busy Customer Service role
- Confidence using Hubspot or similar online Customer Service system
- Experience working in a smaller rostered team
- Pharmacy experience would be great, but absolutely not necessary
