About Us: 

Invision Corp Pty Ltd,  a bakery and assorted cakes retail and wholesale business with 10 years of experience and 3 stores in Sydney looking for a Customer Service Managerand the tasks are plan, administer, and review Customer Services and after-sales services, and maintain sound customer relations to provide excellent Customer Service. The goal is  to keep the company running efficiently and profitably to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet expectations.

About The Role:

  • Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided, upholding our good standards and aligning with our business's goals. Identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies accordingly.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency within the stores. Lead and support our sales and cashier team members to enhance team capabilities.
  • Providing direction and feedback to sales team members and assisting with all aspects of recruitment.
  • Managing, motivating and developing staff providing Customer Services. Develop systems to evaluate customer satisfaction, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure  goods purchased are meeting expectations

Actively liaise with the production department, the delivery driver, and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations, identify market trends to improve products and store experiences, and lead efforts to address customers' concerns promptly and effectively.
 

Experience and Qualifications required involve but not limited to:

  1. Proven working experience in a Customer Service role
  2. Well understand the pastry industry
  3. Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  4. Strong presentation  and communication skills
  5. Ability to think strategically and lead, be able to work under pressure/solve problems
  6. Ability to implement Customer Service best practices
  7. Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire Customer Service team members
  8. Assisting with rosters/schedules, daily reports

Wage: Base salary is annually A$80,000 for 38 hours per week plus superannuation.
