In this permanent full-time role, you will work with both new and existing clients. As a Customer Manager, you will develop and nurture ongoing and new relationships with key Business Decisions makers (primarily in Learning and Development, HR, Change) with the goal of establishing a fit between their requirements and our services. You will:
- Plan and execute sales presentations and demos to Clients.
- Expand revenue with current client’s accounts while building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs and service requirements into new solutions for customers.
- Maintain contract commitments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering customer feedback and helping share the product roadmap.
- Attend industry events and build industry/business networks.
- Work collaboratively in a team-based environment and execute on strategy
To be successful in this role you will have…
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling services
- Experience selling in a training industry or recruitment is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Highly effective networking skills to identify and connect with key stakeholders
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets in either an Account Management, Business Development or Relationship Management role
- A strong client focus with the ability to build effective, lasting relationships
- Experience in effectively managing a variety of accounts
