About theOpportunity
In this role youwill be responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of our Marrickvillebranch. Reporting to the National Branch Sales Manager, key responsibilitiesinclude:
- Establish andensure the highest standard of Customer Service is delivered to customers byall staff
- Lead, coach anddevelopment CSO’s to effectively perform their roles in line with the Bank’s values,policies, processes and risk requirements
- Achievement of KPIoutcomes including deposit targets, customer visits, and attendance atfunctions and events
- Adherence to RetailBranch Specific KRI Framework for you and for your team
- Manage client portfoliothrough a calling program, and clearly document all customer calls andface-to-face customer meetings via Salesforce CRM
- Merchandising to bedisplayed within national and brand guidelines and requirements - particularlyensuring consistent and impeccable presentation, printing and positioning ofmaterials
About You
We are seekingsomeone who has the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Completion of HSCor equivalent. Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential
- Min 7 years’experience in a branch leadership, or comparable
- Strong leadershipcapability with the ability to effectively management performance for qualityoutput
- Strong ability tocoach and development employees
- Proficienttechnology skills in banking hardware and software programs
- Ability to workautonomously, with a can-do attitude and positive disposition
- Exceptional riskculture and the confidence to raise and address matters that may cause harm tothe business or our customers
