About the role

Onsite Rental Group are seeking an enterprising Account Manager to join our team in Unanderra, NSW

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing strong relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your main tasks will include:

• Pro-actively partner with customers to understand their operations & business needs to identify suitable equipment rental solutions & opportunities to add value
• Develop & maintain strong industry networks & relationships to support sales opportunities
• Work with relevant Business Development Managers (BDM’s) to develop site-based relationships and communicate feedback to BDM to foster deeper connections with strategic accounts
• Assist in annual revenue & capital expenditure budgets & prepare both routine and ad hoc sales reports & forecasts
• Perform market research to identify new or enhanced sales opportunities using relevant market data

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in territory sales preferably in hire/rental/capital equipment or related industry
• Proven ability to attract and retain new business
• Ability to work autonomously in the field
• Strong customer and safety focus
• Exceptional relationship building skills 
• Ability to work well within a team environment 
• Valid motor vehicle licence
