We are excited to be expanding our team of Photographic professionals and are now seeking a reliable, career-driven Customer Service Manager to join our extraordinary Viva Rockingham team!

You will manage all aspects of the Customer Journey to ensure that our mission to honour our client’s lives, values, and self-esteem through creative, beautiful imagery is achieved consistently and to the highest standards. 

 

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗕𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚? 

 

• Achieving daily and weekly sales KPI targets 

• Taking care of incoming enquiries via email and phone 

• Qualifying customers to maximise sales 

• Following-up until you have met the customer's needs and booked them in for a portrait session 

• Building relationships with clients and managing feedback to ensure a great Viva! experience

• Creating a welcoming and safe environment for clients 

• Contributing to a happy, healthy and sustainable workplace culture

 

 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 

 

• Minimum one year experience in Customer Service and Sales with a proven record of success. 

 

𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗦 

 

• To be self-motivated with high energy levels 

• Ability to work well individually and also in a team 

• Customer service champion with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 

• A genuine care for people
